A quiet transformation focused on warmth, proportion and material clarity. This Hawthorn project reworks the heart of the home through a considered intervention, introducing a new stone island and fireplace to anchor the space and create a stronger sense of presence.

Working with much of the existing framework, the design focuses on subtle but impactful shifts. Timber floors were refinished, walls repainted to bring depth and softness, and the palette carefully recalibrated to feel cohesive and calm. The result is a space that feels resolved and grounded, where new elements sit effortlessly alongside what remains, elevating the everyday experience without excess.
